Hi,

What does the proper and register format excel? How many formats of Microsoft Excel software application which is accepted in the older version as well as in the latest version? I want a flexible file format for my excel data, so that in case of emergencies I will not be having some problem opening those files. I hope you can share with me your ideas.

Hi,

There are many versions of Microsoft Excel. We have noticed some previous version is better then the latest version. It is true that last version always comes with some additional features but sometimes it is so boring. Here I would like to recommend you to install Microsoft Excel 2003 or Microsoft Excel 2007. You can get this version from web freely. Please try. Hope problem will solve.

Hello Madison,

Always use the latest version of Microsoft Excel because the later versions have the capability to open the previous versions. Many problems have been reported while opening a file in an older version. Be on a safe side and download and install the latest version of Microsoft Excel, which is Microsoft Excel 2013.
