What is the proper way to install codecs for bada? I just downloaded some codecs which I don’t know if it is compatible with bada operating system, please do guide me on the installation process so that it will turn out as successful.

HI Ava,

Bada installation is not a logical thing its simple installation process, just follow the instruction while installing and you didn’t mention your operating system detail for which i tell you codec detail. There are many codec packs simple way is to install badapack it contains all codec’s you can download it from any website for free.

It's not a problem. There are many codec available on the internet for Bada. First of all you should know what format Bada supports for local playback and online playback.

Supported formats for local playback are:

Audio: MP3, WMA, XMF, MMF, WAV, AMR, AAC, M4A, 3GA, MIDI
Video: ASF, 3GP, swf, AVI, WMV, MP4

Supported formats for online playback:

Audio: aac, aac+, eaac+, amr
Video: h.263, h.264, mpeg4, 

Now you can easily download any codec which support these files. 

Best one is k-lite. You can download it from this site:  https://k-lite.informer.com/download/

It is easy to install. Save the file and run it. All done.
