What is the relevance of an Outlook profile?
You can define one or more profiles. To define one or more profiles below are the steps:
For Windows Vista & 7
1. Click on Start icon.
2. Go to Control Panel.
3. Then Select User Accounts and Family Safety, which will be in category view.
4. Select Mail (32-bit).
For Windows XP:
1. Click Start
2. Go to Control Panel.
3. Select User Accounts.
4. Then select Mail .This will show you the Mail Setup dialog box.
5. Click on Show Profiles to access and manage your profiles.
6. Once you click Show Profiles, a Mail dialog box will get open.
7. Click on Add button.
8. Type a name of your profile.
9. Then click OK button
