What should I do to “change image msn 8 Mac” ?

Hi experts,

I have got MSN for my Mac laptop, and I have tried to "change image msn 8 mac" in the normal way ie.

The change the picture tab.

However, it keeps saying my photo files are the wrong type to upload and neither will it let me change my picture.

Now suggest me, what should I do to change image msn 8 mac?
