What should i have a way or a cable

Hi everyone ,

Is there a way to connect or to have a cable that I can use to connect my Bluetooth headset into an Allworx IP Phone that doesn’t have a Bluetooth capability? By the way I am using Jawbone era Bluetooth headset. Any help

Hello Alexdi,

Bluetooth connection is a wireless connection, and for you to successfully access another device that has Bluetooth network, then the device that you have should be Bluetooth enabled too.

So in this case if your Allworx IP phone does not have Bluetooth capability that I do not know of any way that you can connect it to your Bluetooth headset for the purpose of sharing the internet. But if you only intend to share the files, then I think it possible for you to access the Allworx phone as long you find a cable that can plug in to both devices for you to see the shared files.

Ddn't know that, thank you for the information. I used a cable to plug in my device to share the files to the other device. Good thing i found this website to help me.
