What sme file in samsung is comprised of?

I regularly backup my Samsung phone using Samsung Kies. Whenever I do this, the program creates sme file. I have to backup my phone several times and saved the sme files. I want to know what sme file in Samsung is comprised of and if sme files could be open with any program that you could suggest.

What sme file in samsung is comprised of?

It is the backup file when you create a backup. The thinks you want to backup are stored in the .sme file.

You can easily read these files using a software called Abylon Reader. Download and install the software in your PC and you can customize the file contents.

.sme files are the kind of files Samsung Kies creates to backup text messages on your PC.

You can find software to open .sme files here or at ​Smartencryptor Blog.

You can also try to open these files using Notepad, as .sme files contain just a text, or you can install the Free File Viewer on your PC.

However, if you use the Free File Viewer the content of the files may appear as unreadable.
