What steps should I take to secure my Wi-Fi internet?

I have listened about WEP and WPA encryption but I don't know how to apply these encryptions, please suggest some easy way to protect my internet because I think somebody is using my Wi-Fi.

OK, don't worry. Just follow the steps accordingly.

1. Enable encryption: Make sure encryption enabled.

2. Between WEP and WPA, WPA is the latest. So try to use WPA encryption. See the image-

 

3. Change SSID name.

4. Disable SSID broadcast.

5. Change password and web address.

That's all.You will be able to do the best.

Don’t afraid it’s a silly problem. Just practice the steps consequently.

1. Enable encryption: Make sure encryption and be sensible about enabled.

2. Between WEP and WPA, those two are the same things. WPA is the latest version. So try to use latest and be updated.

3. Modify SSID.

4. Put out of the action SSID broadcast.

5. Revolutionize password and web address.
