What is the svchost exe netsvcs. And what is its function. I try to find the answer for that, but was unable to find the accurate answer. And it is possible that svchost exe netsvcs area eating up my internet speed. As my internet speed is going down much. And it is possible to stop them doing this.

These are files that check the registry of the application, including the window. Yes as the check the registry so the use the internet. That is the reason that they are slowing down your internet and eating up your internet data. Yes, you can stop that. Firstly closes the window updates by going down into the control panel. And then go to the Window installed drive and open the windows folder after that click on the system 32 files. And delete the qmgr.dll file as it will not check the registry of the software again and you can use your internet without any problem
