While installing apps from Windows store on the emulator, this error occurs. To rectify the error, try any of these steps:

Check date and time settings of your emulator.

Check payment and address options by logging in your windows account.

Go to the purchase history of your Windows account and try reinstalling the application.

Check if the app is  installed already on the emulator or not.
