What is the use and importance of Pentium Optimizer? Can I download this kind of application over the internet? For more information.  I am using a windows XP operating system, dual core and 2.1 GHz processor.

What is the use of pentium optimizers?

Pentium Optimizer are software tools which ensure that the processor is operating at it maximum potential. The software  has a way of detecting the temperature levels of the processor, and depending on the results, it controls the speed at which the fan rotates. If the temperatures are very high, the CPU fan is made to increase its speed thus initiating a quicker cool down. The productivity of the processor is usually inversely proportional  to the CPU temperature level.

CPU Optimizer are readily available on the internet. Some websites even offer free versions. There are also multiple versions for different software.
