When attempt to set up TMS 2011 3.0 it does not work

Hello Experts,

The Windows 7 I used in the past worked well with Titanium Security 2011 3.0 I installed without any problem.

Just the other day, I tried re-installing Windows 7 together with the SPI, but when I attempt to set up TMS 2011 3.0, it does not work.

My PC keeps on showing the message shown below:

Error Message:

Trend Micro Titanium

Installation lncomplete

A problem prevented installer from completely setting up Trend Micro Titanium

No changes has been made to your computer Please restart the installer to finish installing the software or check for more solutions online.

(Error code: #0. 3002, 0x000)

Can anyone help me out here?

When attempt to set up TMS 2011 3.0 it does not work

Hi,

Two reasons why this happens:

1. A Trend Micro Titanium feature where it was being installed is running.

2. Or maybe the installer can’t remove all/some files of the previous security software.

To resolve this issue, please try to do these steps:

1. You need to closed MS Outlook, Outlook Express and Windows Mail so that it will not interrupt while you are installing Trend Micro Titanium program.

2. Check and remove all malicious software like viruses, spyware and etc. Or malware.

3. Check any conflicting software on your computer.

4. Use a Diagnostic Toolkit for the Trend Micro Titanium.
