When I log in I get this Lgncxw32 Error

Hi all,

I am on my laptop at home and when I try to login I am getting this error message:
LGNCXW32 LDAP contextless login: No LDAP server specified

Would you please help me? Thank you

Hello Pbozidarova,

The error you are getting can be fixed in version 10.2.2 of this application. The following is the workaround that should help you overcome that issue:

• In the event that you cannot be able to upgrade to version 10.2.2 of the application at this time, there is an interim that Novell has made, which is a Patch available for testing in the form of a Field Test File.
• You can find the patch at http://download.novell.com/patch/finder/ as "ZCM 10.2.1 ziswin.exe patch – TID 7004310".
• Note that the patch should only be used in the event that the signs above are being experienced, and are causing problems.
