When The Mailbox, Which Is Almost Full, Needs Clearing Up Of Space
There are different solution for this-
• You need to clean up your mailbox. You need to clean up all the trashes and also delete items from the sent items, forgotten items, drafts and junk items.
• Export the old files and delete them after it is successfully exported.
• There is an option of compressing the files, making it smaller and thus make a little amount of space in the mailbox.
• If absolutely no way you can delete the items, then why don’t you try contacting the exchange administer to increase the size limit of your mailbox.
Hope this helps.
When The Mailbox, Which Is Almost Full, Needs Clearing Up Of Space
This always happens to me when I was still on fastmail.com. Since they have very small mailbox storage for free users, only 25 MB, I always receive this message when my mailbox reaches 24 MB. When you receive this warning from your mail service provider, it doesn’t mean that your mailbox storage is already full. The message only wants to alert you of your mailbox’s current storage state.
You will still receive messages until it reaches the maximum capacity. When your mailbox storage reaches full, any incoming messages will bounce back to the sender and you will not receive it. To avoid this from happening, when you receive the warning from your mail service provider, log in to your email account and empty the trash and the spam folder.
This should free up some space on your mailbox storage.
