Hello,

 

A serial number must be specified by the client' error is being displayed when I try to update. CDS Error: Current user does not have permission to change the status for the given TransactionID When updating, an error message is displayed stating the following, How can I resolve this issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
      This error pops due to the presence of the non-alphanumeric character in the Netformx password. So such characters must be omitted. So go to the site "www.netformx.com" and follow the steps below:

1. Get into users login from customer support.
2. Select "update profile", once logged in.
3. Change the non-alphanumeric characters (like @, %, &, $, *).
4. After that, open DesignXpert.
5. Go for Register software from N button.
6. Give this new password in login credentials.
