Where Are Email Files Stored? Where Can I Check Them?
First we download email files which come through the mails that we receive. After the download, these files settle in the drives that are on the computer in the case of Windows Vista and XP. To find them, we need to use the advanced search option. In Windows 7, 8 and 10, it gives a facility of downloading email files and documents in the desired folder. For example, there is a list of favourites in which we can find ‘downloads’ folder. Whenever a user downloads any file, it gets saved in this folder.
A user can install Microsoft Outlook Application where it works as an email application and saves all the information, files, and documents related to the given Email ID. If this application is in use, the work with the mailing sites will become easier and faster.
