I have googled but did not understand the search result.

What I am actually looking is not there.

Is there any canon mp140 twain driver available for free download?

Hello,

There are some 3rd party links that provide canon MP 40 drivers widely on the internet, I have arranged a link which contain canon MP 40 driver, In fact it is canon software and drivers download page,

Click on the link , select Operating system and language, click submit

Hi,

Please visit the Canon enter your product and product details also your PC operating system and you can download the driver you wanted to operate the device.

Or use this 3rd party site that provides the driver software which you can download and install the driver. Here is the link.
