• Solution For Windows XP and Windows 2000.

Remember that If you are using Windows XP or 2000, then open 'Event logs' with the 'event viewer' from Administrative tools from the Control Panel.

• Solution For Windows 7.

To check the usage control Please Open Event Viewer,

Click on Start button > Control Panel > System and Security > Administration Tools, then double click on Event Viewer. ‌If you are asked for the Password or other Confirmation, then please enter the password or provided confirmation.
