Where can I download web point vbulletin style skin that works?

I installed Webpoint skin 3.8.0 Level 1 patch for vbulletin on my Windows 7 32 bit PC. The skin itself works fine but the webpoint.xml plug-in won't work. Am I missing anything? Please help on where I can download web point vbulletin style skin that works.

You can download the application from some of the following certified sites: You will download them through the help of the following Downloader. Download Internet Download Manager: high speed download accelerator. Install the application, then use it to download the theme.

During the installation of the theme, your screen might flicker to adjust to the theme's resolution.
