Where can I find ArcGIS 3D Analyst download?

I want to use ArcGIS 3D Analyst so I can analyze terrain data and view 3D animations.  I'm trying to download the software in the ESRI website but I only reach to about 75% then it stops.  Where can I find an alternative ArcGIS 3D Analyst download?

Make sure you are well connected to the internet while performing the download for this file. An slight interruption could be a headache, especially if the download is about to finish.
