Where can I find Synchpst for Outlook?

Any ideas if synchpst for Outlook can synchronize data in two different folders?  I'm looking for a program that can sync single PST files and can update all of Outlook's items.  Is there a free version so that I could try it out first?  I'm on Windows 7 and Outlook 2010.
