Where can I find Vaio temperature readout?

I have a Sony Vaio VGN-N105N with 1.83 GHz Core 2 Duo, 2 GB RAM and Windows OS 7 64 bit.  I'm looking for a program for Vaio temperature readout.  I want to determine the temperatures of my CPU and HDD.  Thanks
