I have installed Adobe Photoshop CS4 but there is no Extract Filter  in that, Where can i free download Extract Adobe Filter ?

Where can i free download Extract Adobe Filter ?

 

You can download the file here http://supportdownloads.adobe.com/detail.jsp?ftpID=4048. Once downloaded, copy the files and paste to the Filters folder. You can go there by first going to My Computer > C hard drive (or it depends if you changed the custom installation) > Program Files > Adobe > Adobe Photoshop CS4 > Plug-ins > Filters.
