I wonder where can I get a freeware crm database software? I have researched the web but I am confused because there were many results that showed up. Please tell me what's the best crm or customer relationship management software that is free to use. Thank you experts.

CRM is really a great thing for the contact and lead tracking, sales and contact management, customer service and business management.

A place where you can get it for free is freecrm.com, you just have to sign in over there and start using it.
