Hello,
I have only one icon in my desktop screen, and that's the Recycle Bin.
If suppose I hide it, will I be able to access it?
How and from where will I access it?
I’m asking this because it is unavailable in the program menu and in Windows Explorer.

May I know, how do you intend to hide the Recycle Bin?
Whatever method you use to remove Recycle bin can be used to restore it.
One tool that you can use to remove the Recycle Bin from the desktop is TWEAKUI that you can download here:
With TWEAKUI you can hide the Recycle Bin and restore it whenever you want to.
Also, here's a neat trick that you can use to access the Recycle Bin:
Press Windows logo key + R and enter "{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}" (without the quotes).
Be sure to include the 2 colons in front.
When you press Enter, a Windows Explorer windows for Recycle Bin will appear.

Thanks that you have shared your problem with us. Dear you can access your recycle bin if you have not icon on desktop.
For this purpose first un hide your files. And open any drive in your computer.
Each drive has its own recycle bin. You can access your deleted files in this.

Thanks for sharing your problem. Dear if you hide your desktop recycle bin icon then you can find recycle bin in all drives.
First un hide files of your system. Then open any drive, you will find a recycle bin in every drive.
In fact each drive has its own recycle bin but we show a combined or linked icon on desktop.

Hi dear,
If you cannot find the Recycle Bin icon on your desktop, then you can find it in many other locations.
First, unhide all files and open any drives on the computer, you will see a recycle bin for each drive.
If you want to place the icon of recycle bin on your desktop, right click on the desktop and choose "properties".
Then, click on the desktop tab.
You will see a “Customize Desktop” button on the bottom.
Click on it. Now, mark the check box linked with the recycle bin icon with a tick and click ok.
It will be placed on the desktop.
