Hi Tony,

 

There are several sites offering really nice black themes for customizing your Windows 7. I would suggest you to visit the one called windows7themes.net.

 

It will give you more than 30 really gorgeous black themes and I'm sure at least one will be a perfect fit for you.

 

Just in case you didn't know, there are softwares that can help you customize your Windows, like Stardock suites.

 

Softwares like ObjectDoc will make your Windows look just like you want to, so you may want to check that option too.
