My computer stop working due to problem occurred in files of operating system so it needs to reinstall operating system for that i wants to download toshiba recovery media where can i get that

Yes, I think you are having a problem with your Operating System. I think you should try the repair mode of the Operating System. This will repair the files of your operating system right away.

 

But anyway if you want to download the recovery tool, you can download the Toshiba recovery media from here http://toshiba-recovery-disc-creator.software.informer.com/download/

Let me help you with that. I’m going to give you a link where you can request your recovery media. Note that recovery media is not a freeware. You need to purchase it if you want to have your copy. You need to provide your laptop information before they process your request.  Should the link is not working, just go to Toshiba Home Page, Consumer  Products, Support and Service, Tecjh Support and select your laptop model from the drop down.
