Where to find the headset configuration program?

Hello,

Where to find the headset configuration program? I and my business partners are asked to log in to Skype and discuss something about the current status of the company. I am having a problem with the proper set up or configuration of the headset. I cannot hear them but they can do hear me. Please give me an instruction to resolve this issue.

Where to find the headset configuration program?
