But these expansion packs are not for free and should be purchased.

They are available in its official website.

There are five expansion packs for "Lord of the Rings Online":

1. Mines of Moria

2. Siege of Mirkwood

3. Rise of Isengard

4. Riders of Rohan

5. Helm's Deep

None of these expansions, however, are free, and they can be purchased through the Steam platform as well, with various bonuses and incentives.
