Where can I find the snipping tool for windows 8.1? Can anyone tell is there any shortcut key to open the snipping tool for windows 8.1?

Where is the snipping tool for windows 8.1?

Snipping tool is a built-in tool in your windows 8.1. Search in the search box near your start button, and you will easily get that.

There is no particular keyboard shortcut to open the snipping tool. But, the Snipping tool opens by pressing Window (key) +Shift+S together. It will directly open the rectangular select mode.
