Where to locate my personal data after disabling Knox

Q. I made an attempt to disable Knox on my Samsung Galaxy handset. I succeeded in the attempt, but I have failed to locate my personal data files that must have been copied during uninstallation. Please guide me to which folder must be these files saved? How can I access them?

Hi Abram,

I can see your issue in the question. As per your issue, it seems you have already been successful in uninstalling Samsung KNOX. Regarding the access to your personal data folder, you should follow these steps:

1. When you uninstall KNOX , it always questions you whether you want your data backup. All the data is automatically saved during the uninstall schedule and gets stored on your Samsung Galaxy KNOX Folder.
2. The next step is to back up your personal data (pictures, contacts, music folders and calendar events) by using Touch BACKUP NOW else Touch OK.
3. Please use your KNOX password and Touch CONTINUE.
4. Please touch NEXT and all your personal data would be saved before the uninstall process is finished.
5. Please touch OK and KNOX would be completely uninstalled.
6. Navigate   APPS>SAMSUNG>MY FILES>ALL>KNOX. All the personal data should be saved in a .zip folder. Please Note if you have installed an external memory card in your device you should navigate ALL>DEVICE STORAGE>KNOX.
