If you are using MS Office 2007, go to Insert Tab, in the Header & Footer group, click Page Number. For Page Setup, go to Page Layout Tab.

Hi,

1#

Regarding the page set up, the processing is same in office 2007 & 2010. go to the "Page Layout' ribbon.

page layout shortcut: PRESS [ALT+P]. here you can find

margin, orientation, size, columns, breaks, line numbers, hyphenation options. each option provide different types of solutions.

in office 2003, go to "page set up" menu, scroll file and then click "page setup".

if you click on the right bottom corner of this ribbon, a new window will be shown.

Here you have many options to do as you like.

Inserting page number is easier than you can imagine.

Go to the insert tab in 2007 or 2010

Here in the header & footer section you can find "page numbers". insert the page numbers as you like.

In 2003 go to "insert" menu and then insert page numbers.

Hope this helps.
