It's great news for you to know that you can get biblical dictionaries for free. These are also available in PDF file so that you can upload it anywhere easily. Additionally, Vine's Exponent, Tyndale Bible, Eastons Bible, and Bridgeway Bible are available in Google as free versions.

There are tons of bible dictionary on the internet, all you need to do is search it in Google.
