Which app to buy for improving picture quality

I am using Nexus 5 these days. Its camera is good but I have noticed that for outdoor pics it works really fine, but indoors wher there is less light available, the pics are rather dull and cloudy. Is there anyway I can correct the look of the picture? Can anyone suggest me any app from the PlayStore that I can buy that would help me to improve the quality of my pic. Thanks.

Google has made certain changes to the Nexus 5’s camera and you can experience these changes by updating your software to Android 4.4.1. This update has been designed to fix the inconsistent camera that does not work well in certain conditions. The major change is in its auto focus capacity. The pictures that you will get will be a little more contrasted and with more vibrant colors.
