Which is the best free Chinese menu maker software?

Hi,

There are a lot of software out there most of them do support Chinese. There default language is English but you can easily change that. The best software out there that supports Chinese in my opinion is the Visual menu maker, you can get visual menu maker from here  http://www.filebuzz.com/fileinfo/53251/Visual_Menu_Maker_Free.html.
