Which is the best software to reduce ping rate or is there any regedit tricks to lower the ping.

I am using Vista, Please guide me.

Wassup Knowles, I guess I can be able to solve your query and I will try it to the best of my ability.

There is not yet a specific program for changing the ping, but you can use  the registry and change some of the settings in there.

This is what you will need to do;

Go to Start >Run and type 'regedit' to open the registry

In the registry window, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetTcpipParametersinterfaces

Change the DWORD value in the addresses list to 2. It will show you the packets to send

You can also use a software known as Smoothping elite

Install the software by following the prompts after you click Install

Restart your system and start using the software
