You don't specify which type of direct x version that you have installed in your pc. But the svga 3d type drivers mostly supports direct x version 9.0 or 9.0c. If you don't upgrade your direct x yet,i suggest you to upgrade the version first. Then try to run the web player. Hope that work.

Here is the link to download direct x 9.0c.

First, tell me that which version of Direct X you have installed on your system?
svga 3d driver supports Direct X version 9.0 & 9.0c. If your Direct X is not upgraded, then I suggest you upgrade to the current Direct X version, then run the driver. Hope that it works.

I will like to suggest you to check your system for DirectX files on your system.  For this purpose you may have to run dxdiag command on your system. Please follow the instructions to check your system for DirectX files:

  1. Go to your start menu.
  2. Press Run button
  3. Type dxdiag and press ok, a new window will be opened which will show you some of your system preferences.
  4. Click on display button.
  5. In next window click on test Direct 3d. A pop-up message will prompt you for ok or cancel, please click on ok, same message will appear for ok or cancel, every time click on ok. At the end a result log will be shown on the same window near about bottom of that window.
  6. If any problem exist, I will recommend you to install DirectX9.0c(4.09000.0904), to fix the problem.
