Which Open Source Remote Support Should You Use

Some most widely used alternatives for remote support on all platforms are:

• TeamViewer – You have to login to the program and give the access code to the controlling computer for the remote support simple, user-friendly and easy-to-use. You do not have to share your IP address.

• VNC – Virtual Network Computing is a little bit difficult to run and make the connection between the two PCs but works excellent when connected. It also needs the IP address to be shared with the controlling system.

• Join.me – The only thing needed to connect two PCs is a Web browser and the unique nine-digit pass code. It is free and paid both.
