Which software is best for developing issues resolutions spreadsheet?

Hello! I am working for a consultancy firm. I have a task of developing an issues resolution spreadsheet to be shared with client. Which application would be best to develop this? Excel I guess? How about getting a sample from a website? Since I need an issues resolution mechanism for a unique organization, I will basically use the sample for guidance. Thanks a bunch.

Hi Jiim,

Yes, Excel would still be the best program to use for this task.

 

If this issue resolution spreadsheet is going to be like a tree or step-by-step process, then I suggest that you use the function “If/Else”.  Unfortunately, there are no sample templates for this kind of spreadsheet.  Most sample templates revolved around Issue Reporting and Management.
