Hello Micah Nandy, There are many softwares you can use in order to create 3D photos. I suggest Google Sketchup. It is a very user friendly software, it comes with a detailed tutorial and you can very quickly learn how to use it. it meets your requirements as you would be develop anything in this software with good 3D Graphics, here is a link of its trail version, if you like it I suggest you buy the Pro version which has additional features https://www.sketchup.com/products/sketchup-pro/new-in-2018 Another software you can use is Adobe Photoshop, but mind you it is a very professional and complicated software, it will take you a lot of time to learn and perfect.
