Which virtual microphone driver is compatible with windows 7?

What is the best virtual microphone driver which is compatible to my operating system windows 7 and is it available in the internet to download the freeware version of virtual microphone driver? Please help me and give me some instructions and tips to follow.

Hi,

Virtual Microphones can only be used to record sounds coming from your computer since it doesn't have the ability for input of sounds. But anyway, you don't need to download a virtual mic anymore if you wish to record sound coming form your computer. You'll just have to follow these steps:

Sound > recording Device > Right+click > select Disabled devices > Enable (Stereo Mix)

That should do the trick.
