I am trying to copy my workspace but with contents only users and no passwords and it always gives me error and Groove 2007 starts again. Thanks in advance. Help me to solve.
Copy grove gives error with a restart
Well here is the solution. Most probably you see this problem because of some DLL files corrupted when you tried to install or uninstall. I gave you the steps. So follow it. I hope your problem will be solved.

First log in to your computer with an administrator account then run Grooveclean.exe. Before running this utility, please close/exit your Groove, even from task bar.

Go to Bin directory then run the Grooveclean.exe.

Reboot your computer.

Then log in again with administrator. If problem is not solved then remove it from Add/Remove programs.

Then restart computer again.

Browse Windows Explorer and click search tab and write Groove Networks. You might get Groove Networks from three places. Rename those folders for your safety.

Then click start, then click run, write regedit then click ok.

In the Registry editor window please press Ctrl + f then a search window will appear, write Groove Networks.

Rename it again then restart your computer.

Now log in with an administrator account and install Groove again.
Copy grove gives error with a restart
If you want to copy a workspace in Microsoft Office Groove that means you will be duplicating a workspace. In Microsoft Office Groove, when you duplicate a workspace, you will be creating an exact copy of the original workspace but the duplicated copy will remove other members except you.
This means after creating a duplicate of the Office Groove workspace, it will only retain you as a member and all other members are removed. To duplicate a workspace, right-click on the workspace you want to duplicate in the Launchbar then click Duplicate Workspace. Specify a name for the workspace and click OK.
SharePoint Workspace then builds a copy of the workspace and then displays its title in the Launchbar. This method applies to Microsoft SharePoint Workspace 2010. On the other hand, if you want to create a backup of your current workspace in Office Groove 2007, the procedure is almost similar to the previous steps.
In Office Groove 2007, right-click on a workspace you want to create a backup to in any list of your workspaces, click Save As, and select Archive. When you are asked for a file name, enter the file name and press Enter.
