While creating post, I get the error message

While creating a post, I get the following error message. I tried to scan with Norman. But it fails. I guess it doesn’t work as it should be. Here goes the screenshot of the problem.

Hi John, 

I believe I can help you in solving your query. This is most probably as a result of a malware or trojan infection.

What you need to do in this case is to delete the infected file in registry editor;HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREH8SRT (Rootkit.TDSS)

Run the Norman antivirus scanner again to check for the infections.

It should be able to solve the problem.
