Hi,

While downloading Kaspersky Internet Security 2012, I received an error message. It cannot complete download.

I bought the same from the appropriate authority.

How can I download my Kaspersky Internet Security 2012?

Have you any idea?

Please help.

Hello there,

I suggest you to check whether you have any other versions of Kaspersky applications installed on your computer. Also check if any other antivirus program is installed. If you are unable to download the product, please do the following:

Clear all your temporary files from temp, %temp%, recent, prefect.

Make sure your computer’s date and time is correct.

Make sure you download the program from the official website.

If the issue still exists, try downloading the program in safe mode with networking.

This will definitely fix the issue. If not, contact Kaspersky support.

Hi Dear Gerardo Thomass,

This error has many reason behind it. You have to check many things to solve it.

These reasons could be behind to it.

1. Network Connection Loss.

2. DNS Server Stopped.

3. Low Disk Space.

First of all, please check that your internet or network connection remains connected while downloading. If no, so please console it first. And make it reliable.

Then check also that the website has not broken link of the software that you are downloading.

Last thing to check is this, please check that you have the proper disk space that is required to download this software.

Check all these things one by one. You will get it done.
