While enrolling the Apple Developer Programs I received the message
Hello Jai,
That is a temporary issue that should be resolved by doing one of the following:
-
Refreshing the web page that you are trying to access.
-
Using an alternative browser. For instance, if you are getting the error in Internet Explorer, try using Firefox.
-
Visiting the url sometime later.
Regards,
Nicke

Hi Jai
I will help you to solve this problem. Every secure login page in a website has a variable named session. When you log in to a secure page like Apple Developer website, it creates a session so that it can track your log-in time. If you do not access that page for a while or do not refresh it, then the session is expired and you have to log in again. This has happened to you.

Thanks experts. Emil Onoon, your solution is great. You are right, the Apple Developer website is tracking my login time, this point I had forgotten. After reading your solution, I realized what mistakes I was about to do. According to your advice, after refreshing the web page that I am trying to access, this problem does not occur any more.
