Hello Dibri,
You may be getting that error due to a recent hardware or software change. To fix the problem, you will need to do the following;
-
You will need to insert your Windows installation disc and then restart the computer.
-
After that choose your language settings and then click "next".
-
After that click "repair your computer".
Regards,
Nicke

Hello Dibri AveryÂ
Â
If you read the directory path of missing file then you will realize that installation process  requires installer file in .msi extension.Â
Â
But the file does not exist.Â
Â
This may be due to corrupted installer. Try updating your installer by visiting microsoft website if using windows operating system.Â
