I was installing from an .exe file, but the installation did not complete successfully, an internal error occurred and a dialogue box appeared showing error 34. What can I do?

While Running A Setup (.exe), An Internal Error Occurred (error Code: 34).

The first step you can do is to download the installer again. Corruption of this during the download could have lead to the error.
Secondly, what you can do is to check your web browser if it offers the option for saving or running the file. In this case, when the download is complete opt to save the file and installs it.
