While uploading an image on hotmail I received an error message

Hi,

While uploading an image on Hotmail I received an error message from Microsoft Office 2010. It indicated an error occurred and suggested to send the problem to the Microsoft. However, after sometimes it uploaded but failed to send the message with attachment and popped up the same error message again. What should I do? Have you any idea?

Please help.

Hi Jai,

One of the problems might be in your process. It crashes because of its memory (Private working Set) is very high and cannot accommodate by the computer. Try closing other applications and programs when sending an image with hotmail. Also, another reason is the capacity of your computer. If the computer has a small space in the hard disk, it will have difficulty in processing programs and applications. Try to delete unusable programs or defrag your computer. You can remove / uninstall programs which are those that unwanted and unused for space efficient.
