Why Acronis Mac address verification failed on wired network?

I have installed Acronis workstation and license server locally on a laptop and it is working on the wireless network. When I use wired  LAN Acronis Mac address verification failed. Why it is not working on LAN. Anybody can help me how to handle it?

Why Acronis Mac address verification failed on wired network?

Hi

Agent Machine Mac address has been changed or Host Address in Acronis License Server Management Console can be empty for a machine with local license server.

Solution:

1. Revoke the license for this Acronis Agent:
2. Start Acronis License Server: go to Start -> All Programs -> Acronis -> Acronis License Server -> Acronis License Server    Management Console;
3.  connect to machine where License Server is installed. Press View Usage Info;
4. find the license which is in use by the agent machine.Identify the License by Host name and Host address columns:
5. Press Revoke to revoke the license
