Why avid codec Le 2.3.4 is not installing on Mac OS Lion?

Hi. I have installed QuickTime 7pro and composed some videos using Avid media composer. It seems to be fine but now I want to convert these videos. For this I tried to install avid codec Le 2.3.4 but it is not working well. After installation directory of avid codec shows no files and codec is not loading  for QuickTime pro. I reinstalled many time and tried every version but not working. Some suggestion please.

Why should you bother with those tools when you can use iSkysoft:  https://videoconverter.iskysoft.com/video-converter-mac.html.

 

This video converter is very fast and accurate.  It will do the job with no problems.  It supports all known video formats.  It comes in free and paid-for versions.  Of course, the version you pay for is richer in options, but the free version will do the trick.  Make sure to download it and try it, you won't regret it.  Regards.

Hello,

There is Pro Tool software similar to Avid codec that you can install. Avid Codec works fine with Mac Lion. If you want to solve your problem, try downloading it again. Just download it again and fix drive permissions. Reboot and reinstall in your computer. I hope this solves your problem.
