Why can I not download certain apps from the Nokia Ovi store?

I tried downloading some applications from the Nokia Ovi store. I made sure to enter my phone model so that the results that showed were compatible with my model ,however, I keep getting failed download messages. Why can I not download the apps from the Nokia Ovi store?

What particular application are you trying to download and what nokia model are you using? Technically, there are applications that are sensitive and suites nokia model. If you could be more specific of what applications you are trying to download from nokia ovi store and what phone model you are using then I could find a better solution for you.
